W. Cooper Reid is a full service, design and build, construction company. We are licensed with the State of California, Contractors License Board; we carry B-1 and HIC license classifications, S.C.L. # 388753. We have built more than 250 homes in the Gold Country over the past 30 years and have established many very satisfied clients.

We work closely with each new client from the original design, through the planning and final construction of your new home. We enlist a staff of qualified professionals and craftsman, whom we have worked with for 20 years, to build your finished home. We build every new home as if it were our own and give you an unconditional two-year warranty upon completion.
