After you have viewed this web site or seen our ads give us a call. We will get you a complete brochure with references, plans, and

We will help you find property, complete your plans, aquire the necessary permits, fill out all financial paperwork and work with any lender. Finally we will schedule and build your new home keeping you updated every step of the way.

  What does it cost to build a new house.?
It dpends on a Lot of factors such as finishes, designs, styles, slope of the property, septic or sewer, designers, etc. Currently under ideal conditions a complete home starts at $150 per square foot. You can lessen that or add to it as a starting point.
 

How long will it take to build my home?
That depends on a lot of factors mainly size & Style. An average 1,800 sqare foot home with garage takes about 6 to 7 months to complete. Larger homes take more time. It takes an average of three monthes to complete plans and aquire loans and building permits prior to the beginning of construction.

How do I find land?
We work with many local realtors who know what is buildable. They are willing to work with you to completion of your home. Check out our links page to contact a few of them and find out what is available.
What does the contruction process entail?
Starting with desingning the home, the actual building process, and the finishing of the home is a huge undertaking. We break it up into many smal taks and manage them all very closely. Making the entire process easy and seamless.

What is a septic system?
A septic system is a sewage waste disposal system for a residence where no sewer is available. Septic systems range greatly in design & cost. It is important to get a perk and mantle test completed on all properties prior to purchase
